Tasks
- Design, configuration, installation, integration and maintenance of IoT solutions (e.g. camera systems for process monitoring or security)
- Setup and administration of networks for video solutions
- Technical support and advice for customers - by phone, remotely and on site
- Project management from the initial inquiry and offer preparation to implementation
- Management and documentation of incidents and service requests in the ticket system
- Administration and maintenance of the internal IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, networks, security systems)
- Collaboration with the team to further develop the systems
- Documentation and optimization of existing systems
Profile
- Completed training as an IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist, electronics technician for automation technology or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience with sensor technologies, e.g. CCTV camera systems
- Sound knowledge of network technology (IP, VPN, VLAN, PoE)
- Experience in IoT technologies
- Interest in cloud and automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills for systematic error detection and problem solving
- Manual skills and experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
